The Jungle

Welcome to the Jungle and our Churrasco BBQ or Churrascaria (a Brazilian meat house).

The concept comes from South American Cowboys, who barbecued large cuts of meat on skewers, over charcoal, under the stars. The skewer would then be passed around continuously for everyone to carve.

Prime cuts of meat chicken and fish, cooked over charcoal on swords, brought to your table, carved by Passadores (men with knives).  All of our Churrasco offers include an array of house made accompaniments predominantly from premium South Australian fine produce.  You will find Starter and Dessert upgrades to further enhance your dining experience with us.

In addition to the popular Churrasco packages, our a la carte menu boasts modern Australian cuisine with Jungle influences and an impressive list of quality cuts of meat prepared by our in house Master Butcher Michael Schultz.

The Jungle’s 100 wines have been assembled from must have wine regions around the world.  There is a cross section of the latest popular and in vogue wines, as well as hard to find bottles on our constantly changing “Endangered Species” list.

We ask that the whole table enjoy the Churrasco Menu or alternatively the whole table order from the ala carte menu.  To ensure you enjoy your dining experience with us we are unable to offer mixed menu selections on the one table.

Please note: Saturday nights from 5.30pm onwards The Jungle Restaurant ONLY offers Churrasco service. This also applies for the Treehouses (Ala carte bookings not available)  For all public holidays there is a 10% surcharge applied to all food and beverages throughout the hotel. The CHURRASCO Menu is the only menu available on Saturday nights, in the Treehouses and Special Event days.  Friday dinner and all day Sunday the minimum adult food charge is $30 per person.  On selected events there may be no individual carvers serving Churrasco meats. All fish, chicken and meats may be served platter style.
